All orders will be shipped by recognised carriers or the Royal Mail.

House of Venom Reptiles Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs as a result of extended delivery times that are out of our control

Next day delivery option does not include bank holidays or weekends.

Be aware that remote offshore locations may incur an extra charge.

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Frozen food will not be dispatched on Fridays unless Saturday delivery is specified and paid for at check out.
